Can I defer my place to next year's event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you let us know via email at least one month before the date of the event we will be able to transfer your entry across to the following year's event.

Question 2

I've changed my mind.  Can I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

You are able to request a 50% refund of the entry fee and any merchandise add-ons up until 6 weeks before the date of the event.

We incur a number of fees immediately on sign up, so a 100% refund is not possible. However, you may be able to transfer your place to a friend or defer your entry until the following year free of charge.

Do you have a pregnancy policy?

Yes, please drop us an email and share your good news!

We will then be able to defer your race place to the following year (or the year after that if you feel that you are still not ready to return to racing).

Question 4

When do entries close?

Entries will close the Wednesday before the event at 7pm, unless they sell out before this point.

Running has increased in popularity over recent years and a number of our events sold out as far out as a month before race day in 2025, so please do not leave it too late!

Question 5

Are there toilets on route?

Accepted Answer

There will be toilets available at the start/finish area, but there are no toilets on route for this race.

Question 6

Is it a mass start event?

Accepted Answer

The race will be via a staggered start, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs and runners. If you make your way towards the start for 9am and we will set small groups of runners and their dogs off every 20-30 seconds. If you wish to be started solo, then please let us know and this can be arranged. There is a lot of open space at the start area for you to be able to keep your dog apart should you need, just approach the start line once you are ready to begin.
